Friendly staff. Rode bikes from Garmisch-Partenkirchen,the staff was friendly,served us, gave us water to go & a tour.We looked like coloradan bikers. priceless! Oh & the potato leek soup was amazing!

What a charming, inspring and authentic place Hotel Elmau was before the fire in 2005. Eversince it has turned into a pseudo elegant hotel for nouveau-riche only. The rooftop pool is awesome though.

Es ist und bleibt ein Traum, auch wenn die aktuelle G7 Baustelle dieses Mal doch merklich gestört hat. Ein wunderbarer Ort in einem echten Gebirgigen Paralleluniversum. Wer kann: Yoga Retreat!
